GHOST - REPORTING
We are now concentrating our programmes on team alignment.
Designed to show the strengths and weaknesses in a team with what we term a “Ghost” report coming back to the main directors.
We have just completed a programme, with a large International client in Qatar, with a ghost report of strengths and weaknesses of team alinement. The client reported a 99% accuracy with our assessments and resulted in a new strategy for 2017.
The programmes are carried out in such a way that the development of the team and individual are engaged by Mentors on the course. This provides valuable continued professional development and self awareness in the business and personal setting.
The reports are limited to one hard copy only with a full and detailed feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of the individuals carrying out the programmes.
The unique point of these programmes is we can give you an objective thorough operational profile of each delegate without being subject to the internal structure of an organisation. A powerful tool that has only been used in specific military settings previously.
